Expert event "überdrüberholz"

University of Art and Design Linz, Hauptplatz 8, lecture hall A

10th anniversary of “überholz” course

The university diploma course “überholz” looks a decade back and a decade ahead, because it has been 10 years since the course was founded. Companions, teachers and graduates of this diploma course plus four internationally renowned experts on timber constructions from Central Europe are invited to speak about their own works and their experience regarding the inspiring and countless ways of building with wood.

Another highlight of the anniversary event is the presentation of the book "Überholz", which includes very personal, in-depth interviews on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the diploma course “überholz” at the University of Art and Design Linz. The interviews were conducted by the renowned Der Standard architecture critic Wojciech Czaja.

WOODBOX open daily from 09:00 am – 08:00 pm, free admission
